Refund policy
If Prepweek isn’t right for your team, you get your money back. No forms, no questions.
14 days, in full
Ask for a refund within 14 days of any subscription payment (the first one or a renewal, monthly or yearly) and you get that payment back in full.
How to ask
Write to support@prepweek.com from the address you bought with, or reply to the receipt from Paddle. Paddle.com, our reseller and the merchant of record, pays the refund back the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Cancelling instead
You can cancel any time from your workspace’s plan settings (Invoices, card and cancelling). Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
